Welcome to Iron Moose Studio. These terms govern our design-as-a-service partnership. We keep things simple: you own the work, we respect your privacy, and you can pause anytime.

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property Upon successful payment of the subscription fee, all designs, source files (Figma, React components), and assets created specifically for you are 100% your property. Ironmoose Studio retains no ownership once the transfer is complete.

2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure We treat your roadmap as our own. We will never share sensitive data, prompt logic, or proprietary technical workflows with third parties. We are happy to sign your specific company NDA if required.

3. Subscription, Pausing, and Cancellation

• Billing: Services are billed on a 30-day recurring cycle.
• Pausing: If you have no active design requests, you may pause your subscription. The remaining days in your billing cycle will be "banked" for future use.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your dashboard or email. You will have access to the studio until the end of your current cycle.

4. Unlimited Revisions Design is an iterative process. We offer unlimited revisions on all active tasks until you are 100% satisfied. Please note that due to the nature of the work, we do not offer refunds.

5. Limitation of Liability Ironmoose Studio provides design services "as is." While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for any damages, loss of data, or business interruptions that may occur.
